How to achieve this result?

Step 1: Apply surfacer / primer

Step 2: Use gloss black as base color

Step 3: Apply Silver / Bright Silver / Star Silver / Chrome on top of black base (in this case: Modo MX-19 Bright Silver)

Step 4: Apply 2-3 layers of Clear Gold (in this case: Modo Promix 07 Clear Gold)

Voila!!
